What Moves You?
"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing."
- Hellen Keller
Happy, Healthy and Fast
has been my “criteria” to be successful in my ski racing this past year. These words have guided me during my summer and fall preparation and now as we head into the season.
Happy: to have the opportunity to travel to Europe and train and work with inspiring people.
Healthy: feeling physically strong and agile from my dry land program after 5 months off snow.
Fast: I am once again on the mountain practicing what I love most - skiing!
I enjoyed great opportunities training in Austria and Switzerland before rewarding myself by traveling to Slovenia to visit my family.
I hope this note finds everyone feeling happy and healthy as well, and looking forward to brighter new days ahead!
An adventurous race season begins next month!
